1. Introduction
Welcome to Resfiner ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to our AI-powered career tools. Resfiner is a paid-only service; by subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Plans & Credit System
Resfiner operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are used to perform specific AI tasks. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified otherwise.

3. Payments, Billing & Top-ups
Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription renewals are automatic. You may purchase "Top-up" credits (e.g., 40 credits for $3) if you exhaust your monthly allowance. Top-up credits are non-refundable and are consumed only after monthly subscription credits are exhausted.
4. Fair Use & Limitations
While we provide tools to optimize your job search, Resfiner does not guarantee employment or specific ATS performance. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your credits until the end of the current billing period. Due to the immediate costs associated with AI processing, we generally do not offer refunds for used credits or partial billing cycles.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your resumes. Data is shared with AI partners (like XAI) solely for the purpose of generating your documents. We do not sell your personal data to third-party recruiters or data brokers.
