1. Introduction
Welcome to Resfiner ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and subscription plans (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Subscription Plans
Resfiner offers multiple subscription plans, including Free, Starter, Pro, and Premium, as detailed on our subscription page. Each plan includes specific features, such as resume refinements, application tracking, and support levels. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to users.
- Free Plan: Includes 3 resume refinements and tracking for up to 50 applications per month.
- Starter Plan: Includes 20 resume refinements and 50 tracking requests per month.
- Pro Plan: Includes 100 resume refinements, 200 tracking requests, and the option to purchase 25 extra requests for $5.
- Premium Plan: Includes 350 resume refinements, 200 tracking requests, and the option to purchase 30 extra requests for $5.
3. Payments and Billing
Payments for subscriptions and additional requests are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms of service. You may choose between monthly or yearly billing, with yearly plans offering a 16% discount. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. For upgrades, you will be charged immediately with prorated billing based on your current plan usage. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, with no immediate charge.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management link provided in your account. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused services, except as required by applicable law.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not share your account with others or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Resfiner provides its Services "as is" and does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resfiner and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features, and no refunds will be provided for unused services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Privacy Policy

We also collect usage data, such as interactions with our resume refinement and application tracking features, to improve our Services. Payment information is handled exclusively by Paddle, our third-party payment processor, and is not collected or stored by Resfiner.
10.2 How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and personalize our Services, including resume refinements, application tracking, and customer support. Resume information is stored securely to enable features like custom templates and analytics. Anonymized usage data may be used to improve our Services. Payment processing is managed by Paddle, and we do not have access to or store your payment details.
10.3 Sharing Your Information
We share your information with Paddle solely for payment processing and with trusted service providers to operate our Services (e.g., cloud storage for resume data). We do not sell your personal or resume information to third parties. Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our rights.
10.4 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal and resume information, such as encryption and secure storage. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
10.5 Your Rights
